amazing central spot!

great location comfortable apartment

the location was fantastic! tram station, shops, restaurants, and all the major sights are within walking distance. the apartment was comfortable, complete with a full kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, and even a washing machine. i really enjoyed the big screen tv with streaming services and cable!

the portal needed a couple of minutes to open doors, there was no way to manually lock the door once inside. i really dislike using the portal to do everything!

this place boasts a convenient left luggage room that guests can use after checking out. heaters are easily controllable, this ensures comfort during your stay. staff is readily available and always willing to help.

the apartment includes a well equipped kitchen. it has a dishwasher, and a washing machine, with detergent pods even provided! spacious living area with comfortable seating. i loved the comfortable beds, and very clean bathrooms.

washer-dryer combo extra blankets great heating small toilet missing signage broken lifts

The apartment included a washer and dryer. The kitchen also had an oven and microwave. Heating worked great and extra blankets were available upon request.

The room lacked signage, I walked the halls with bags to find it. Lifts were not working. The toilet area felt small, I kept knocking off the toilet roll.

clean apartment self catering friendly staff

the apartment was very clean with good self catering facilities. the rooms were huge and suited a family of four adults. the reception staff were very friendly and helpful during check in. luggage storage was easy and convenient to access.

i noticed some hairs on the fresh towels in the bathroom .

the location is an easy walk from the bus station and st andrews square. it is close to restaurants and cafes. the tram station is also nearby.
